Please read our shipping/return policies prior to ordering retail plants.

Here you will find our shipping and refund policies for retail plant orders

Local orders placed through our website can be picked up at our weekend markets.
 

Retail Shipping Policies are listed here:  If you have any questions regarding our shipping rules, please email us.

  • Please utilize the message area on the checkout page of the cart if you would like us to ship your order on a specific week.  We will contact you if there will be a delay.

  • Retail Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Order early for best selection.  Some herb plants are not available year round and we do work from a finite inventory so plants do sell out.

  • We do not ship outside of the U.S. and we are no longer shipping to California.
     
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

  • We ship via USPS, UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select (west of TX) on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Above chart is for retail shipping of plants ONLY. Cart will calculate shipping. Customer must choose whether shipping is TX eastward or west of TX.
     
  • Service to our herb buying friends is of the utmost importance to us and it shows in our packaging and handling of your plants. However, upon arrival you must give them some TLC by watering them well and letting them acclimate in the shade before being planted.

  • If plants arrived damaged you must notify us within 72 hours via email in order for us to fix the situation to your satisfaction.

POLICY REGARDING DAMAGED PLANTS & RETURN POLICY: We must be notified of any problem with any order whether it is damaged, wrong plants ordered or anything else. We do not accept returns without prior notification. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of order of any problems. We required a photo of the damage before we will issue credit.  You may contact us at 423-718-3533 or via email.
