You must read our shipping/return policies prior to ordering.

Here you will find our shipping rates, return policies, and wholesale information.

 

Shipping Rates:  Of course there must always be some rules. We have listed them here. If you have any questions regarding our shipping rules, please email us at herbfarmer@bellsouth.net.

  • We ship your orders according to your specifications to the best of our ability. If the weather is not conducive to having healthy plants upon arrival then we'll email you asking for an alternate shipping date.

  • Retail Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped in the order they are received. Hence, the old adage "early bird gets the best worms" when it comes to ordering. Order early for best selection.

  • We do not ship outside of the U.S. and we are no longer shipping to California.

  • We ship via UPS Ground/UPS 3 Day Select (additional shipping will be added to your order) and must have a STREET ADDRESS for each shipment. We will not ship to P.O. boxes unless you request that we ship via USPS and pay rates accordingly.

  • We ask that you order a minimum of six plants through our retail shopping cart. Shipping is extremely high now. However we only charge our customers what UPS or USPS charges us.  Shipping rates listed below are estimates only. We will charge you exactly what we are charged at the time of shipping.

  • Service to our herb buying friends is of the utmost importance to us and it shows in our packaging and handling of your plants. However, upon arrival you must give them some TLC by watering them well and letting them acclimate in the shade before being planted.

  • If plants arrived damaged you must notify us within 72 hours via email in order for us to fix the situation to your satisfaction.

POLICY REGARDING DAMAGED PLANTS & RETURN POLICY: We must be notified of any problem with any order whether it is damaged, wrong plants ordered or anything else. We do not accept returns without prior notification. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of order of any problems. GUARANTEE: Our three-day guarantee ensures that you are satisfied with your plant order. If after 3 days of receiving your order and following our care instructions you are unhappy with a plant we will replace it free. There is stress placed on plants during shipping as you can well imagine. Yellow leaves and some broken stems are common. Because we are a family owned operation, we take a good look at each order as it comes in. And we do not charge your credit card until the order is processed and ready to ship. That gives us time to make sure the shipping charges are correct and that everything is as you would want it to be.
