Lovage ‘Levisticum officinale’ |
P FS/PS
Height to 36" |
This plant has to be one of our most favorite herbs.
Lovage is a dark green “parsley” looking herb on tall stems.
However, its is that of celery. Perfect in soups, stews, vinegars,
butters, salads and as a stir stick in Bloody Marys. It grows well
in a sunny location in well drained soil. Lovage reemerges in the
early spring. We love it in all kinds of egg dishes.
