2 garlic cloves
4 medium-sized lemon-scented geranium leaves
1/2 cup runny honey
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbs vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of salt
Crush the garlic and finely chop the scented geranium leaves.
Mix all the ingredients
and use as a marinade or for basting.
